Products can be ordered through this site, using the online shop, however payments are made separately and we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.

VAT (Tax)

Please note: VAT will be added where appropriate in the final invoice.

VAT (at the standard rate of 15 %) is normally payable in addition except for customers outside the UK but within the EC.

For EC customers outside the UK who are able to provide a valid VAT number VAT will not be added.

Conferences in the UK: VAT is additional for any delegates.

Licence

Prices are in respect of Single User Licences. It is prohibited to copy or otherwise distribute the Publication.

Delivery

Upon receipt of monies Publications will be delivered to nominated personnel within purchasing organisations by email.

Please note we only accept corporate email addresses with a traceable URL. We do not accept public email addresses such as Yahoo, MSN, Gmail and others.

Tariff Consultancy Ltd is responsible for all deliveries.

Please communicate any delivery problems to info@telecomspricing.com.

Refund Policy

Because all Tariff Consultancy Ltd Products are provided "on-demand" in response to orders, they are NOT sold on a refundable or returnable basis. Exceptionally customers may return an unread Publication in its original condition if it has been incorrectly sent to them. In such circumstance, the return must be made within 15 days of receipt of request for a refund (credit) to your credit card. Tariff Consultancy Ltd will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
